Contacted Keefe's in the evening with concerns for a "burnt plastic odor" in the kitchen. An electrition was promptly sent, and diagnosed the problem as an A/C problem. I was offered the option to have a Keefe's HVAC tech to inspect the unit the same night.
Gracion Wunstell arrived, checked for electrical wire failures, and correclty identified the smell coming from the light fixture ballast, initially missed by the electrician. Not only extremely knowledgable, Gracion was professional and courteous during the entire after hours dispatch, an uncommon finding for those who work on call. I was highly impressed and thankful for his service.
