Very Caring 11/7/2017

Mr. DJ was very kind. He came in and told me what was going on and why my air conditioner was not working. He told me what it would cost to find out where it was leaking from but the repairs could end up being nearly half the cost of a new system. Mr. DJ got me set up to speak to a salesman and we will se how it goes from there. Thank you for your honesty Mr. DJ more

DJ came out and checks my heater on a Saturday morning. He let me know what was going on the whole time and made sure not to heat the house too much. Great job DJ. more

Dana got to my house very fast and checked to see why my thermostat was blank. A few minutes after he got here he found that my main breaker box was damaged and recommended treat I get an electrician to come out. He was very nice and recommended Keefes electrician. more

James came to my house for a maintenance visit found a problem with my unit went to pick up the part and fixed it. Then told me lifetime labor warranty is in good standing so there was no charge. Doesn't get any better than that. more

Dana was very nice. He did find an issue with my heater and instead of just explaining the issue to me he went as far as to show me what he was talking about. He wore covers on his shoes so he did not track anything into my house. Thank you Dana. more
