They were amazing. \r We called them early in the morning regarding our thermostat and he walked us through it. I would definately recommend them and will be using them again.

Worst

This guy charged me twice what other companies charged for the same repair - unfortunately, I did my research afterwards!...you don't have much time to call around in 100+ weather...

We have a service agreement with Katy West Houston Air, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech`s pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work they do and even when we had a new Tech it was the same great work. more

The technician arrived less than 2 hours after I first called and less than halfway through the 4-hour time window they gave me on the phone. He was friendly, quick, thorough, and informative, and gave me tips to prevent the problem from recurring. more

I called in the morning and the technician came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what caused it, and made the repair. This was my first experience with Katy West Houston Air, but I will definitely call them again if I need service. I recommend them highly. more

We called 3/12/2013

Cooled My House After Another AC Company Left Us Hot. Yesterday we called another AC company that came out and looked at our unit, but couldn`t do anything that day and left us without AC and told us they couldn`t do anything until Monday at the earliest. We called (company name) this morning and they came out within two hours of us calling them. They found a work-around that is allowing our house to be cooled off while parts arrive so they can do the real repair. Next time something breaks I`ll definitely be calling (company name) first! more

We were dealing with a system that was ridiculously noisy and inefficient. I called out Katy West Houston Air, who sent out their technician. He was extremely professional and polite. We decided to replace the system. He and his helper knocked the job out quickly, leaving us with a whisper quiet system. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs. more

We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that Katy West Houston Air provided. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable about ACs, including warranty service, provided expert service, discussed concerns we had with another unit and then actually made sure that we received the follow-up calls and information that he promised. And he even cleaned our compressor. He knows his stuff and earned my husband`s approval with his skill set and service demeanor. We have had service by other companies over the years, but none followed up or even responded to our subsequent calls about additional needs. Katy West Houston Air is extremely reputable and will be our continued choice for AC and heat pump service. more
