I'm not one to grant five stars for service, but I have never been more pleased and unexpectedly surprised by the degree of honesty and quality of service. Robert was very punctual, arriving ten minute early. He immediately identify the issue with the A/C unit and without trying to up-charge or take advantage of the situation, explained that parts did not need to be replaced and that a simply repair would fix the problem. Less than twenty minutes later the repair was complete. This was after John Moore quoted that parts would need to be replaced which would require additional labor charges at a quote of over seven hundred dollars. KWHA completed the repairs in fewer than twenty minutes for less than one hundred dollars. Richard is a genuinely nice person, very polite, and was quite the gentleman to my wife and newborn daughter. They proclaim Katy West Houston Air to be a Christian ran organization, and based on their actions, it definitely is. I can't say enough good things about my service experience, and I am thankful for KWHA, Richard, and their quality and fairly priced service. more
