I have been going for several years. I am disappointed in front desks lack of customer service. It is a hit and miss with them. I have noticed lately that they have been double booking my master stylist, which means I end of waiting in between her working on another person. I pay senior rates which just went up. I left my previous salon because they were doing the same thing. Not acceptable!! I've asked the front desk to not do that. They still do it. It's the only one that is close and I really like my hairstylist...if it wasn't for her I would not go there.
