Karen Allen Salon and Spa provided me with a place to relax and enjoy my girl time. I went in stressed and concerned about my hair, but when I came out I was extremely happy about my new look. The new "do" made me feel vibrant and complete. I did receive a lot of compliments from friends and coworkers more

So Enjoyable 5/21/2011

People fear the doctor or the dentist. Normally, my biggest fear is the hairstylist. That was until I started coming here. I've gotten my hair cut by Yolanda the past three times and absolutely adored the results every single time. It is great! Not only do I get a great cut, but I get amazing suggestions and recommendations. I love it so much! more

I've been coming to the Riverside Plaza location since they opened there (I used to go to the Magnolia location and have been to the Galleria)and I have to say I always have a great experience! The staff is always friendly and my hair stylist Karina always does an awesome job on my hair. I always get compliments from people about my hair color and cut so of course I refer them to Karen Allen! more

Root touchup 5/15/2011

Before a two week period, my root touch up had faded significantly, so Korina re-dyed my roots. She adjusted the formula for my hair all without charge. That is excellent customer service! more

First ecperience 5/15/2011

I was referred to you from Ayers Suites in Ontario. I was scheduled with Bri (Brianna), she was very warm and welcoming she made it very comfortable for me. I could only generalize what I wantef and Bri was able to transform my hair into what I had envisioned. I also appreciated that there was no high pressure sales to buy the products used. This has been a primary reason I avoid salons. I do plan on ordering the products used after my family settles into our new home. Thank you Bri for making me feel so welcomed. Sincerely, Lisa more

Today ashley was awesome. I was running late for my appointment and she was very accommodating. She could have easily made me reschedule, but she allowed me to come in more than 15 minutes late. Thank you ashley for having such great customer service more

Awesome Pedicure and Manicure 5/10/2011

I have my pedicure and manicure done every 3 weeks. I sometimes think I can fudge on the manicure and then realize how bad my hands look and need care. They know how to take care of special needs that may develope on your skin or feet. The quality of service and attention to detail is great at Karen Allen Salon and Spa. They are true professionals!! more

I love going to KarenAllen! My first experience there I walked in crying because another salon had botched my hair horribly and they were able to turn it into something fabulous and make it a fun experience growing it out. Fantastic service, highly experienced hair stylist, and tranquil environment. Could not ask for anything better!!!! more
