Super Fast Service! 4/6/2022

Our water heater pilot light would not stay lighted, plus our humidifier started leaking. I called Kappler and they were kind enough to reschedule our semi-annual maintenance appt. to RIGHT NOW to save us an additional service call bill. In 20 MINUTES Josh was here, fixed the problem, and instructed us on what to do in the future if the same problem occurs. Josh knows what he is doing, and easily explains, in layman's language, what happened and what to do if it happens again. He also has quite a lifestyle that my wife and I enjoy hearing about between his service visits. Kappler is truly the best HVAC company with whom we have had the pleasure of doing business. Stick with the Pros and you will not regret it! more

Excellent service 3/18/2022

A neighbor recommended Kappler and I'm very grateful. My furnace being 20 years old, and this being a Friday, I feared we would be without heat into next week when another winter storm is expected. However, Ulises F. found the problem and had it fixed before lunchtime. He also shared lots of useful information. I know replacement is in my future, but I feel much better now, knowing more about my HVAC equipment and knowing that I have someone to call when the time comes. Thank you, Ulises! more

Jake was professional, courteous, and expert. Needed to have my humidifier filter changed because of the Marshall Fire. Kappler Mechanical sent Jake on the same day I called putting my mind at ease. He went above and beyond resetting the humidity on my thermostat after I monkeyed with it. I'm grateful for the care I always receive from Kappler Mechanical. more

Great service. 11/12/2021

My furnace died in the night and Josh came out the same morning to figure out the problem. He wore a mask for me, was polite and friendly and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to find a replacement part and got it up and running. Kappler employees are the best! Thanks Josh! more

Josh is always on time, does what needs to be done during inspection and maintenance, and our system performs the way we expect it to. No problems at all. Josh is personable and we have a lot of avocations that are very similar. Going with Kappler means their service is always done correctly and professionally. There is no reason to try elsewhere! more

Mini-Split 10/2/2021

I did a lot of research on a new cooling system. I decided on a mini-split. I got several estimates before I selected Kappler Mechanical. The person who gave me an estimate impressed me with his knowledge of mini-splits and what was specifically needed for our situation. He addressed issues to think about that the other companies didn't even mention. I knew right away this company knew what they were doing. When the day came for installation, a whole team was sent to my home. They even sent me a text saying they were on their way :). The whole process went smoothly. The lead installer was exceptional! He told his team exactly what needed to be done. He constantly made sure everything was perfect and worked along with his team. The owner came over several times to make sure all was well. it was a big job. Kappler Mechanical did all the work in two days and the price was reasonable. The lead installer even came back the day after installation to make sure we knew how to control our new system and if we had any questions. I am very pleased! This kind of great service is very rare in this day and age. more

Not only does Josh get the job done quickly and efficiently, but he takes the time to visit for a bit. We have similar interests and it's fun to hear what he's doing away from his work. Kappler has been and will be our HVAC go-to company for our heating/cooling needs. Very Professional! more

Fast Service! 3/30/2021

Josh was here at 8am to check on a problem with our system. he resolved it almost immediately, then proceeded to check the entire system. Minor items were addressed that may have been a future problem. Josh is very personable and knows what he is doing! Very satisfied with all the Kappler employees. more

Kappler has been servicing our Kappler installed HVAC unit for years. Josh is always on time, does the work right, and takes a little time to visit after the checkup, as we have a lot of similar values. Their product line is first-rate, as are all the followup inspections. Does not get any better than Kappler! more

I contacted Kappler Mechanical on behalf of my 87 year old Aunt who is suffering health problems. She never had air conditioning and the heat and poor air quality was affecting her health. She was very anxious about making any changes to her home. The Kappler team took the time to answer every question and provide detailed information about the Mitsubishi unit that they would install. They did not rush us to make a decision. Once we decided on the scope of work, Kappler scheduled the installation and followed through like clockwork. The installation team included the owner! The team took great care during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Kappler Mechanical. more

Semi annual Service 7/29/2020

Ulises of Kappler Mechanical performed semi annual inspection of my air and heating system. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and and the importance of the item. He was efficient in his work and helpful in answering any questions regarding any possible future work on the system. I would have no problem recommending Kappler more

First Class Service 12/11/2019

Replaced our 2 furnaces and air conditioning units. This company is first rate. From estimate to install everything was smooth as silk. Love Trane products. Check out their website, full of great info about staff and products. Liked the fact that this is a local established business. Alex and all the installers were very professional. I know we made the right choice more
