I contacted Kappler Mechanical on behalf of my 87 year old Aunt who is suffering health problems. She never had air conditioning and the heat and poor air quality was affecting her health. She was very anxious about making any changes to her home. The Kappler team took the time to answer every question and provide detailed information about the Mitsubishi unit that they would install. They did not rush us to make a decision. Once we decided on the scope of work, Kappler scheduled the installation and followed through like clockwork. The installation team included the owner! The team took great care during the installation and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Kappler Mechanical.
