Review content:
Our water heater pilot light would not stay lighted, plus our humidifier started leaking. I called Kappler and they were kind enough to reschedule our semi-annual maintenance appt. to RIGHT NOW to save us an additional service call bill. In 20 MINUTES Josh was here, fixed the problem, and instructed us on what to do in the future if the same problem occurs. Josh knows what he is doing, and easily explains, in layman's language, what happened and what to do if it happens again. He also has quite a lifestyle that my wife and I enjoy hearing about between his service visits. Kappler is truly the best HVAC company with whom we have had the pleasure of doing business. Stick with the Pros and you will not regret it!
