Honest, Affordable, & Family-Owned 5/16/2013

Some things that I usually don't receive in tire and auto parts stores are respect, honesty, sincerity, and affordability but KAN ROCK TIRE has never let me down! I am always treated very well by their friendly staff of professionals and their quality products and workmanship are always reliable. \r \r I seriously recommend KAN ROCK TIRE to everybody!! \r \r They just redid the interior of their store too and it looks amazing!! more

bad policy 2/4/2011

I have been going to kan rock in fenton for years and had very good \r service. I have bought many tires and refered many coustomers until my last visit. I had purchsed two new tires and with in 30 days I had a flat. The vehicle was moving at about 35 to 40 mph and I pulled off the road to a safe spot. I took the tire back to the fenton store and was told they could not do any thing with the tire because the side wall was damaged. I had to buy a new tire and the sales man would not give me any discount at all. The tire looks brand new (less than 1500 miles) and I was very mad. If he would of offered a even slight discount I probably would not of been so offended. I have cooled off since then and would like the companyto know how I feel about recomending tires and service to this location. If they can't stand behind their product I can't see why I would ever go there again. more

totaly dissatified previous customer 1/25/2011

I am totaly disatified with your fenton location Ihad a tire in there three different times for repair. It was never repaired properly, as a result of the unskilled people working there my wife had a flat on her way home from work. This caused a great deal of inconvience to her and me. After taking the tire back to your fenton store, i was told there was nothing that they were going to do for the tire. I am a buisness owner myself and I would never treat my customers as rudely as I was treated by your employees. I will never return to Kan Rock for any tire purchase or any other service. After several phone calls to your main office I am still waiting for a responce. I will let all of my customers about the way I was treated by your company. more

Bad service in Saginaw 11/8/2010

I hate the store on Bay Road in Saginaw. I went there 3 times in 3 days to ask them for an oil change and each time they sent me away saying that they were too busy. more

wow, what a place!!!!! 1/24/2009

A close friend of mine recommended kan rock tire of fenton, so i figured i would give them a try for my next tire purchase. When i pulled into the driveway i thought wow they sure are busy!! Then i found out why. The young man behind the desk, stan i think his name was, had the most genuine smile, and i really felt like he wanted to help me and not take advantage of me. Being an elderly woman, i feel like most of repair shops see me coming and sell me what they want not what i want.I will never buy a tire anywhere else. thank you stan and crew!! I give you 5 stars only because they wont let me give you more!! more

The only place I'll go for tires! 1/24/2009

Thank you Kan Rock of Fenton! First class services and quality tires and mechanical work. All was completed without much of a wait. I wasn't "sold" a bunch of unneccessary repairs or extras! I paid the lowest price around for high quality tires! Stan was the most helpful and has great knowledge of vehicles. He was extremely pleasant to every customer who came through the door! I highly reccommend Kan Rock of Fenton! And I love the inside, don't change a thing. It's good to see an American business succeeding and serving their customers so well! more

We had to see it for ourselves. 11/11/2005

Kan Rock always advertises in our local paper - they are a local family owned business. They print real letters from satisfied customers. So we decided to try them when we needed new tires. They were the best price and the tires are guaranteed for life. They also replace valve stems for free. Nice guys! The inside of the store could use a good cleaning - it looks old and greasy. more
