I have been going to kan rock in fenton for years and had very good \r
service. I have bought many tires and refered many coustomers until my last visit. I had purchsed two new tires and with in 30 days I had a flat. The vehicle was moving at about 35 to 40 mph and I pulled off the road to a safe spot. I took the tire back to the fenton store and was told they could not do any thing with the tire because the side wall was damaged. I had to buy a new tire and the sales man would not give me any discount at all. The tire looks brand new (less than 1500 miles) and I was very mad. If he would of offered a even slight discount I probably would not of been so offended. I have cooled off since then and would like the companyto know how I feel about recomending tires and service to this location. If they can't stand behind their product I can't see why I would ever go there again.
