Lazy or Incompetent, not sure which. 1/16/2023

My wife took her car in to get a tire repair done. The technician claimed they could not find the wheel lock key. After calling the dealership to see where it would be stored (with the tire repair kit) they claimed they looked, and it wasn't there. My wife drove home and discovered that they had not looked at all, none of the stuff in the back had been disturbed. Surprise ending: the key was exactly where the dealership said it would be. So she wasted her time driving to Fenton to get the repair done, wasted more time calling the dealer, and even more time driving home with a tire still in need of repair. I have been going to this location for years, sadly not anymore. more

Exceeded my expectations 11/14/2005

Well, Kan Rock always advertises in the paper and they really do have great customer service. Their tires for my husband's truck were much cheaper than the dealer (big surprise) and they have a lifetime guarantee. they also replaced for free the valvestems on my tires, which I did not purchase there. The lobby area was somewhat intimidating for me since it was filled with big burly men and was not very comfortable. They are very conveniently located just north of downtown Fenton with plenty of parking. more
