Feedback on visits 2/6/2012

As a long-time customer of "whatever haircut chain is closest" I was initially uncomfortable when my wife suggested her salon and stylist for me - but now I won't go anywhere else! Ava gives me great-looking haircuts (depite that I still can't describe to her what I want my hair to look like) and good conversation, everyone at Kai is friendly, and I never have to worry about the chain store chop-up anymore. Also, the pampering is pretty cool:) I've even confessed to my teenage sons that I go to a salon now... I recommend Kai! more

The salon staff were all very nice and my stylist Jake did an amazing job with my hair. I love it a lot! However, I was not expecting to process my highlights naturally...about 45 minutes of a wait. That would have been nice to know when I first booked the appointment. I could have brought a book or something. I also think I was given the wrong product when checking out. Thought I was purchasing a heat protector and came home with a shine serum. Will be in later to exchange the product. more

Kim P. is fabulous! Kim is extremly talented and can make anyone beautiful! I have never been disappointed when she colors my hair, and love the lotion & hot towel, the neck massage. It doesnt matter what shade of color I want, Kim delivers!~ more

From the front desk reception, the consultation to the finished product; I am thoroughly pleased! Katie did a magnificant job on my color and cut. Having to find a new stylist for any woman is stressful and I am thrilled to say that I have found a new one, and have no problem recommending Katie and the salon. Thank you. more

Massage 1/10/2012

My massage was nothing short of magnificent! Not only was Becky friendly and sweet, she is great at what she does. I was lucky enough to get a little extra time because she found a spot that needed a little extra work and didn't want to stop without getting through it. KAI is a beautiful and peaceful salon/spa - i am looking forward to coming back and will recommend to others as well. Thank you!!! more
