Everytime I leave Kai Salon I am so happy with my results! Always the perfect color, perfect cut, and great eyebrows! Ava is my stylist and not only is she super sweet, she has some amazing talent! One time I was accidentally down for just an eyebrow design (I was supposed to receive an all over color) Ava accommodated so well and squeezed me in! I'm not sure how she did it, but the service and results were great! I am so happy to have found a salon & stylist I truly love! more

Great Place 7/29/2011

I've been going to Kai Salon for several months now, and I have always been happy with my haircut, and the service. I have several hair colics (cowlicks) that makes it very difficult to cut my hair well, but my hair has always been done right from day one. We've been trying many new styles lately, and I've always been happy with the results. Great job! more

Laura has no competition in the metro when it comes to color. I always get compliments on my hair from friends, family and colleagues (and my male colleagues just think I have no grey hair!). Needless to say I'm always happy with the results. Thank you Laura. more

My partial foil took 3 hours. And, it hardly looks different. I'm not happy. I was not told that I should expect to be there from 6:15 pm to 9:15 pm. more

My Kai transformation 7/6/2011

I had a wonderful experience @ Kai! Laura was very helpful getting me an appointment on short notice. The salon is very up to date and the staff friendly. I will be taking the drive to Champlin on a regular basis. Thanks again for a great hair experience! Barb H. more

Great Hair but that's it 7/5/2011

I like my hair. I had a cut and color. THEN- I had an eyebrow wax and came out with uneven eyebrows. I cried the next morning putting on my make-up, attempting to pencil in the botched job. It will take me months to get them back to normal. I also got a pedicure which I was not impressed, no callous removal, she had to use remover to get the polish off the cuticles after she painted them. I'll stick to my cheapo asian nail salon down the street for half the price and twice the pedicure. more

It is not often that you work with a Salon staff that is beyond willing, but actually enthusiastic about going above and beyond your average service staff. The staff at Kai makes it their personal mission to ensure that each and every client is satisfied in full, if not beyond. Each member of the staff takes particular pride in not only the day-to-day activities of the Salon, but also in the numerous charity/social events that the Salon champions as a member of the community at large. They have my utmost respect and admiration for the tireless efforts they put in beyond just the normal Salon duties. more
