I was on vacation visiting my family and had an unfortunate blowout on the freeway. To avoid any additional problems on my drive back home I decided to purchase 4 new tires. Found this company online and a couple others similar to it, the lady was very nice and ordered my tires for the next day. When i arrived i was greeted by a young man who said I did not place the order, after a little confrontation with the gentleman he comes back and says the tires were there and they could go ahead and get started. (No apology). Then after about 10 minutes of searching through my car, they come back asking for a wheel key. I had stated the key was in the trunk, he said they looked, i said okay and decided to take the tires to go. No problem, there is a carry out fee though, total comes out to be almost the same as installation. I think they make up fees as they go. Also they wouldn't let me back out of the deal because the tires were special ordered. So I paid for the tires with the ""carry out fee"", when i got home, i looked everywhere for my wheel key, then, i checked my trunk, and there it was. Decided not to go back to avoid another argument. No plastic, cash only, kind of a hassle, guys there are not very friendly, I doubt they even attempted to look for my wheel key. more

this shop was very professional.nice and smooth transaction.called a lot of places ,and they couldn't give me a definite price.they got the tires in one day . when no one else could get them.customer service is everything in this business. word of mouth is key to a good business. unbeatable prices. These guys are great. Had my 2 front tires changed on my IS350 in just minutes. Thanks to my dad who referred me here. Saved me over $60 from the other spot that I normally go to. Quick service & great prices. Pros: Great prices & service Cons: Can't think of any more

I still fume when I think about my visit to this shop. The guy who helped me was incredibly rude and insisted that I pay cash when I had told him over the phone that I intended on paying with a credit card. Plus, I waited over 2.5 hours for my tires to be installed when they had estimated it would take about half an hour. I usually don't mind waiting, especially since car service typically takes a couple of hours. But what annoyed me was when I saw not one, but two of their service people smoking and chatting while I sat there and twiddled my thumbs waiting. After they were done there was no apology about the long wait. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your tires. more

I've always been going to the tire shop right down my street. Until I found these guys on craigslist. Man, there prices are unbeatable. Called in to see if they had my tires in stock and bussiness hours. Amazingly they had my sizes (staggered) in stock. Down side, they close at 6pm and I don't get off work till 5:30. Asked them if they were willing to stay open a little bit later so that I could make it there. Guy agreed. Got there at 6:05 and their mechanics went right to work, while one of the guys walked me around the warehouse and showed me a few options to choose from. Great selection, they have all the brands you could imagine. Before I knew it, I was good to go. Most importantly, FAST & FRIENDLY service. Highly recommended. This place was recommended by one of my dad's friends. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but the wait was really long, they only had 1 person doing the tire install. I'm normally pretty patient but they told me to wait 30 mins. I ended up staying there for over 2 hours. Should have gone to Costco. Cons: Slow..... more

Found this place online advertising as their super cheap tires. It was too good to be true. When I got there they changed the price on me. They tried to charge me $67 more than what they told me over the phone. Since I had driven more than 25 miles to get there I reluctantly had them change my tires. WORST DECISION EVER. They scratched one of my wheels and when I pointed it out they actually DENIED it. No apology or offer to pay for repairing it. Just shrugged and said they didn't do it. I paid for my tires and got the heck on outta there. AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague. Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE more

Went there once and sorry that I did!! Call to get the quote and want to get another set of tires!!! The owner start giving me attitude and said he was busy and just hang up!! I suppose to be a returning customer, but not anymore.!!! Who do they think they are? What kind of business are they running? I don't care how many million dollars business they are running but they are not gonna go too far like this. The worst service and attitude in business ever!!!! Don't go there!!u will be sorry and disappoint!! Beleive it!!! more
