I still fume when I think about my visit to this shop. The guy who helped me was incredibly rude and insisted that I pay cash when I had told him over the phone that I intended on paying with a credit card. Plus, I waited over 2.5 hours for my tires to be installed when they had estimated it would take about half an hour. I usually don't mind waiting, especially since car service typically takes a couple of hours. But what annoyed me was when I saw not one, but two of their service people smoking and chatting while I sat there and twiddled my thumbs waiting. After they were done there was no apology about the long wait. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your tires.
