Another great ring store that I have visited. Perfect store to buy diamond rings. This is the store I went to buy my wife's wedding ring.

I went there to get work done on my Tacori ring, and couldn't believe the service. AWFUL!!!!!! I can't even remember the last time I received such terrible service! It's very dish...

Talk about great customer service and affordable prices! It is really perfect! You get complete one on one and they are willing to work within any budget. No pressure to buy and just a great experience. It is nice looking at wedding bands when there aren't 15 other brides around you doing the same thing, it makes you feel more special. Jeff Juhas takes customer service to a whole new level; he takes the time to ensure he understands what you want, does not pressure you at all, and gives you 200% of his attention while discussing options with you. And it doesn't end there, when the jewelry arrives he encourages you to try it on and invites you to make any changes (i.e. size adjustments, etc) you would feel happier with. They went above and beyond all expectations! more

We found the prefect wedding ring for my finance here. We had a heck of a time finding something he liked and that looked good on him. They were super helpful and very friendly. They are amazing! 6/15/2011

They went the extra mile for us. The band of my engagement ring is french pave, and I knocked loose and lost one of the tiny diamonds about 3 months after we were engaged (I can be rough on jewelry, I admit!). They had us bring in the ring, and replaced the diamond and repaired the ring free of charge! They are amazing! We will definitely be back to purchase more fine jewelry in the future. more

I have been to several other jewelers all over the country and theirs delivers with price, quality and letting you customize your beautiful piece of jewelry. I would like to thank them for helping us choose the right engagement ring for my girl friend as I really had no clue going into this what design or diamond or even cut I should go for. With your help I was able to make the engagement ring custom so no one around could have the same ring like my girl would. I thank you and your company for making my engagement easy and fun as I am only looking at being married once and this is the ring I feel she would love and the truth is she loves it!!! We will keep using Juhas & Sullivan each time we need anything done when it comes to jewelry as they are right on with customer service and price and quality. more

I think it's quite a coup to be granted the Rolex line. I can understand why, tho. It's all about selection and service, and they are maestros at it. My son-in-law, an engineer, had all the facts, knew what he wanted in diamonds for an engagement ring,and had super competitive pricing. Juhas & Sullivan did better. My son, also an engineer, actually designed an engagement ring, long distance, and somehow Jeff managed to create it. As for myself, they have always treated me very well, no pressure, always honor their word, which is more than I expect from a retailer today. more

Excellent Rolex Experience 6/1/2011

Juhas & Sullivan is the local Rolex dealer. I recently purchased a Rolex for my husband's birthday. I was treated well. The gift was beautifully wrapped. My husband decided that he wanted a different style. He went in to exchange the watch and they willingly offered a refund with no quibbling. They are perfect gentlemen. He selected a different style, which they had in stock, and everything was great. Our experience was perfect. They are now my go to jeweler. more

Hands down, absolutely the best Jeweler! 5/31/2011

I've been a customer of George and Jeff's since they worked for the ""other"" store downtown. There is absolutely nothing they won't do to make a customer happy. On at least 5 occasions over the past 20 years some member of my family needed something VERY unusual and Jeff or George made it happen. In my circle of friends, both men and women, we trust and count on Jeff and George to satisfy our every whim, which they manage to do with courtesy and promptness. So whomever wrote the nasty review about customer service must have Juhas & Sullivan mixed up with another store. Either that or the review was written by a jealous competitor. more

They came up with a beautiful design and the ring was made right there at the store so I didn't have to worry about it being sent out somewhere else. It came out beautifully and my wife loves it! They clean and polish it for her for free whenever she comes in. I look forward to doing more business with them. more
