Another great ring store that I have visited. Perfect store to buy diamond rings. This is the store I went to buy my wife's wedding ring.

I went there to get work done on my Tacori ring, and couldn't believe the service. AWFUL!!!!!! I can't even remember the last time I received such terrible service! It's very dish...

I am beyond impressed with their customer service and selection here! I did not have an insanely large budget and that did not deter them away from the great customer service they provided me. They were even so helpful with the sizing process after I gave my fianc? her ring. She is in love with the ring. I am happy about the cost and the quality. I am so glad I came here! I grew up in Grand Rapids and wanted to go to a store I could trust. It was worth coming home for a visit to get the perfect ring. Thanks again.\r more

I went to Juhas & Sullivan when it came time to get an engagement ring, and they greatly impressed me. My timetable for proposing meant that they had to rush the process a little bit, but they took it all in stride. They were great to work with and they were able to provide me with an exquisite engagement ring that my fianc?e and I both love. Finding a good jewelry store is always a challenge, but ever since I found Juhas and Sullivan Jewelry I have faith again. They have a beautiful selection of anything you might be looking for. The owner is very nice and helpful, which only makes the whole shopping experience more enjoyable. Prices are never low on items of this class, but they try to give you the best price they can offer.\r more

When I inherited my Grandmother's ring I brought it to Jeff and George to have it up-dated so my wife could wear it. They came up with a beautiful design and the ring was made right there at the store so I didn't have to worry about it being sent out somewhere else. It came out beautifully and my wife loves it! They clean and polish it for her for free whenever she comes in. I look forward to doing more business with them.\r more

Talk about great customer service and affordable prices! It is really perfect! You get complete one on one and they are willing to work within any budget. No pressure to buy and just a great experience. It is nice looking at wedding bands when there aren't 15 other brides around you doing the same thing, it makes you feel more special. If you want a great ring this is the place to go. I have a BEAUTIFUL one of a kind TACORI that we purchased through them and it is so amazing! It was so unique that we had to have a band custom made to fit it just the way I wanted it and they made one perfect.\r more

I am going to propose to my girlfriend and I was scared cause I know it's going to be alot of money, or so I thought. I went to Juhas & Sullivan to pick it out and find out what they had to offer. They have an amazing selection and the prices are affordable. I ended up get it there and to top it all off, she said YES. I am so happy. more

They Gave Me Something Truly Unique 7/25/2011

I've been sporting a Juhas & Sullivan-created engagement ring for about a month now, and literally every time I look at my hand (a lot, in the course of a day) I marvel at how cool and beautiful my ring is and how lucky I am to have something so unique and perfect. My fiance worked with them closely on the ring and has said nothing but great things about the experience, including the fact that they were his top pick out of many designers that he spoke and met with when trying to find someone who he felt comfortable working with. From my own experience, when the ring was too big, they fixed it quickly - and for that matter, they also created a unique blend of golds which has gotten a ton of compliments and makes me feel like I really have something unique and special! I want people to ask me who designed it so I can send them their way! more
