Review content:
I've been a customer of George and Jeff's since they worked for the ""other"" store downtown. There is absolutely nothing they won't do to make a customer happy. On at least 5 occasions over the past 20 years some member of my family needed something VERY unusual and Jeff or George made it happen. In my circle of friends, both men and women, we trust and count on Jeff and George to satisfy our every whim, which they manage to do with courtesy and promptness. So whomever wrote the nasty review about customer service must have Juhas & Sullivan mixed up with another store. Either that or the review was written by a jealous competitor.
