I think it's quite a coup to be granted the Rolex line. I can understand why, tho. It's all about selection and service, and they are maestros at it. My son-in-law, an engineer, had all the facts, knew what he wanted in diamonds for an engagement ring,and had super competitive pricing. Juhas & Sullivan did better. My son, also an engineer, actually designed an engagement ring, long distance, and somehow Jeff managed to create it. As for myself, they have always treated me very well, no pressure, always honor their word, which is more than I expect from a retailer today.
