I have my hair done by Natalia and she always does and excellent job. I always get compliments on the style and color. this time, I almost didn't recognize my reflection in the mirror. The new look took 10 years off my appearance. :) more

Never let them work on your hair when they are planning a pary or shower and dont pay attention to your hair processing. more

I had my hair cut by Joseph recently and it was a great experience. He took the time to get to know me and my hair preferences before ever touching my hair. It was refreshing to have a stylist who is genuinely interested in knowing you because it really leads to a better haircut. more

I saw Sam the day I was there. She is AWESOME! The entire staff makes you feel welcome and like you are the most important client to them. Everyone was pleasant and so inviting the entire time I was there. Sam listened to exactly what I was wanting from my hair cut and highlights and delivered w/o question!! more

I've lived in a total of 5 major cities. In all of these cities, I've paid what I needed to for beautiful hair. What you receive for the price is what's important. I spent $350+ at Joseph and Friends and received a haircut and color with highlights. My first complaint is that my hairdresser was very uncommunicative. My 15 min consultation lasted 2 minutes. We barely spoke during the service. My second complaint is that she was rough with her services. Pulling my head roughly this way and that. My scalp is actually sore today. My third complaint is that I was at the salon for three hours. I was warned that she had another client and that she would do their hair while I was processing, I was not prepared to be there 3 hours. My fourth complaint is that I was left at the washing bowl for 45 minutes. Talk about uncomfortable...I had no cell phone, magazine, book and nothing was offered. The final issue is that they charged me for toner. I have never been charged for toner in my life. The end result is that my hair does look fine. No problems with the color or cut. The problem IS that it looks "fine." It looks the same as the $180 cut and color I received from an Aveda salon in Jacksonville, FL. If I am going to pay $350+, I expect to get something for that additional money. I will not be returning. more

Had another great facial with Mila. Very relaxing and love how she incorporates hot stones into the facial! wonderful experience and you can't beat the $45 price that J&F is now offering! WOW!! more

Every trip to Joseph & Friends is wonderful. Ernest takes esceptional care of both my daughter and me. Wouldn't consider going anyplace else. more

I got a haircut last week, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that it came with a complimentary scalp and back massage. Just what I needed that day! I really like my haircut, and I loved the place where they shampoo your hair. Instead of a dull ceiling to look at, there is a skylight. The walls around the skylight are painted sky blue with clouds...very relaxing environment. more

The salon is fine, I haven't used them for spa services just haircut. Jamie is my stylist and she's absolutely phenomenal. As long as she's there! I'll keep going to J&F. more

I just had my second eyebrow wax with Mila. She is so patient and meticulous. Believe it or not, it is also painless. She was on time and very warm and friendly. I walked out of their with fabulous brows and no redness. I'll be back in 6 weeks for another one! more

I love my hair stylist and manicurist but the salon is terribly mismanaged. I scheduled massages for my friend and I at noon. Not only did they write down the wrong type of message (15 min reflexogy vs 30 min back massage), but they told me to show up at noon. They were running late, and by the time they realized the mistake, it was too late to reschedule the massage for that day. Also, the receptionist had the gall to tell me that I was late! Uh, no, I was at the salon at noon; your idiot receptionist can't hear and can't schedule worth a damn. Guess what? You can't schedule a 30-min massage at 12 and a hair cut at 12:30. Shocking! Then, I waited fully 1 hour and 15 minutes to see my stylist, who was running 45 minutes late, again because the idiot receptionist stacked all the appointments too close. Then, my stylist has to excuse herself to take a potty break! She hadn't even had a moment to eat lunch, much less take a pee! What kind of slave shop are they running? It's a disgrace. more

My experience at Joseph and Friends, Roswell, was great. My haircutter, Ernest Lawhon, is top notch. And Joseph is very involved in his salon, as well, which is good to see. It would be comforting to have staff greet clients a little more warmly, instead of a deer-in-the-headlights inquiry, "Do you have an appointment?" Otherwise, great experience. more

I will never forget the fabulous hair cuts and color, friendly atmosphere,informative, sensational Staff and wonderful Joseph. I miss you all! I've been going to Ray for several years now for all of my hair needs. I always leave happy and proud of the way my hair looks. In fact, I've referred several of the ladies in my office to Ray. One co-worker asked me to pose for her so she could take a picture of my cut. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

I was very unhappy to be charged $149.00 for q simple haircut and roller set. The check out girl added 15%, which I did not notice as I was in shock. Please take me off your email list. more
