I will never forget my first visit to Joseph & Friends way back in 1998. After many years of living away, my family was delighted to be back in my hometown of Atlanta, but I had no idea which hair salon would be best for me. One day I noticed how great two of my friends' hair looked, and both of them said they used "Joseph & Friends." I called and was given an appointment with Irena Mayka. From the very first time I stepped in the door, I felt at home and so relaxed. The refreshments, hand massages, and shoulder massages were all complimentary, and I felt special before I had even met Irena. And then she came up to welcome me. Irena was warm, delightful, and professional at the same time. She patiently listened to everything I had to say about what I was looking for in hair styling. From that very first visit I had total confidence in Irena's great skill, because she was a master at her craft. I walked out of Joseph & Friends that first time with my hair looking better than it had since I was 25 years old! Irena was the first stylist ever to perfectly match the chestnut highlights that had been the best part of my naturally brown hair. For years, the hair stylists I had used could never find the perfect formula, and Irena nailed it on my very first visit! When I left, my hair had the shiniest, silkiest, fullest volume and perfect highlights! 13 years later, it still does! Irena is simply the finest stylist I've ever had. I think you run a very professional organization. People are polite, the place is clean, and my particular hairdresser, Irena, knows exactly what she is doing. I have been a customer of Irena's for probably eight years now. My only negative comment for Joseph and Friends is that it is so expensive. more

When I hear the world spa I think of somthing much different. The room that we got our pedicure and manicure is was VERY small and almost uncomfortable. All though the manicurist and pedicurist were VERY VERY nice it made it very unrelaxing. The massage was nice and the prodcuts were good, but the polishing was HORRIFIC! My sisters nails were missing paint around the edges and my had paint all in the cuticles... Maybe they should call is Joseph and Friends day salon instead Again the people were very very nice and polite but the atmosphere and actual ending product was quite elementary. I went home and repainted my nails! more

When I go to get my hair done I need someone who can give me advise how to get the maximum look out of my very thin and wild hair. I had been to several salons before I found Joseph's and Friends, without feeling satisfied. Most stylists wants to be told how to cut my hair. Not me, I want the stylist to tell me what is possible. They are the proffesional, not me. I also want to have a different look sometimes, not always the same cut. I was searching for this very special stylist without any luck. This is how I found Irena, the most wonderful hair stylist I have ever had. I was Christmas shopping at Northpoint Mall, and saw this woman who had a great, sassy short hair cut. I asked her who cut her hair and got Irena's card put into my hand. This was back in 2000. I am still seeing Irena about every 6 weeks. I give her free control to do whatever she think is necessary, after we decided if I want it shorter or if I want to keep the length, and she never disappoints me. My friends tells me they think my hair is always very stylish and good looking. When I see myself in the mirror, I feel great. It is not easy to find a great hair stylist, who is willing to take ownership of the job needed to be done. Irena is the woman for the job! She is fantastic!!! I am so lucky I was in the right place at the right time when I was doing my Christmas shopping, otherwise I might still been searching for a better hair stylist. more

Everybody at Joseph & Friends Roswell was fantastic! Getting my eyebrows done wasn't painful at all. The haircut/color & makeup turned out fantastic and I'm getting a lot of compliments. The massage & herbal tea was VERY relaxing. Everybody who works there is so friendly and fun. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph & Friends Roswell. more
