I only had a small number of items to move from my Dad's house to my own. The workers were very quick & careful. They were courteous & made sure at the end location was just where I needed it. In addition, since this was a small move, they were able to accomplish everything within one hour! more

Jordan River Moving handled my move this week and I must say I am thrilled with the entire experience. The service is unparalleled. They are professional, courteous, kind, and extremely efficient. When it comes to my personal move, I was understandably a bit more scrutinizing. Once again, Jordan exceeded my expectations. I could not have asked for a more professional, kind, thoughtful, caring individual than Sean to handle my move. He makes the process seamless. The scheduling was flexible and well-organized. The movers themselves were extremely pleasant and kind, it made a typically tedious process effortless and enjoyable. They were also particularly proficient with wrapping, packing, and storing my items. I had no idea that they could pack my storage space so efficiently that I d wind up with much more room left over than I initially anticipated. I am so happy I hired them to handle my personal move. Every step of the way I felt taken care of. I trust them 100% with my personal belongings. I will recommend them to everyone. They have made me a customer for life. more

We have used Jordan River for the past few years, and have always had prompt, and courteous service. Their estimates are accurate, and their moving teams arrive ready to work. They do a great job of packing, and loading, and they unload quickly and carefully.\r \r We’re an apartment complex with 360 apartments and have many requests for moving company’s referrals. I am always confident when I recommend Jordan River that my customers will be treated right, and taken care of. I can be confident they will be pleased. more

Rude, aggressive, and abusive driver. Do not recommend. Uses bait and switch tactics. Did not give the promised lead time and expected me to drop everything in several hours to meet at my house and move my furniture into my house. Demanded cash before showing and resuming delivery etc.\r more

Sheena was very good at what she does. She was very quick to respond and as many times as I changed dates she was very pleasant and flexible. The guys were great. They were a bit late but we were far out in the boonies. They are hard workers to the point where I made them sit down and eat lunch at 2pm. Loved having them do this work and would always go back to them. more

They moved us into our new home. They had 6 people and 2 trucks. They were professional. We had a small issue with a wall they hit but, they came and repaired it. They also cleaned the carpets when they were done. more

We used Jordan River moving to move into our new house. We are so disappointed with the quality of the service. They have messed up so many things and make the whole experiences so painful. I am listing some of the issues here based on the order of severity \r a. They forgot to take the shelves in our media center cabinet from the truck. We ended up with a media center without shelves. \r b. They did not properly installed our beds. We have to reinstall the beds ourselves and found bolts missing. So far, no luck in finding replacement bolts. \r c. We have to hire someone to clean the carpet in the old house because they walked from back yard to front yard through the house carrying flower pot which is dripping mud water.\r d. We have to fix our electric recliner because it stopped working. Some force during the move pushed the power button in. Luckily, we managed to get the power button out. Do not know how long it will last. \r e. They disappeared on the way from our old place to new place. We were waiting for them and wondering if they got lost. Later, they told us that they went to have dinner on the way. It is fine to have dinner, but we should not be charged for it and we should be informed. \r We were told that it will take 4-4.5 hours to move our stuff when they do the initial walk through. It took them 9 hours. It is a THREE member crew. It is a surprise to us that the move takes this long. A lot of boxes are also putted into the wrong rooms in the new house. Today, we are doing the micro-move within the house: dragging boxes from bedroom to kitchen. \r Do not use this company for any local move! Otherwise, you will regret it! \r more

A top floor unit became available in my building and I jumped at the chance to take it, with no moving plan in place. I was able to book Jordan Moving Saturday morning with only a few days notice.\r \r I received a call at 8:20 asking if I could use them a little early, what a nice surprise, when does that ever happen? The guys showed up at 8:30 and were ready to go with all of the necessary tools and then some. The were in good shape, strong, great communicators and exceptionally professional. These guys knew what they were doing. I had the elevator reserved at 9 AM and scrambled to find someone in my building to lock down the elevator early. The guys were great and professional about this little hitch and worked around the issue until 9:15 when we were finally able to get the elevator to cooperate.\r \r They never complained once even though I have a large and heavy queen size bedroom set, a glass top solid metal dining table with four crazy heavy solid metal chairs and a two piece armoire cabinet that has been known to make grown men cry. I had an extra dining table in my apartment that would not fit into my new unit, they happily disassembled it, wrapped it in shrink wrap and put it in my storage unit. The guy was a pro and also fixed my bed slats that were loose and making my bed unstable. The other mover was really great as well and didn't act like I was a crazy person even though I was on three hours of sleep in 48 hours and probably was a little crazy.\r \r The entire move took exactly two hours and not one item was broken or misplaced. Having had some really awful moving experiences in the past, I know a fantastic one when I see it! On my highly recommended list and I will use them again. more

Your three moving professionals were easy to get along with, took extra care to protect all of our furniture and worked very efficiently. Even though the move required more hours than estimated, it wasn't because the movers didn't make every minute count. more
