If you’re looking to get a unit installed or one repaired, always consider how the company will service your unit. I paid $9000 for a new ac unit a year and a half ago, but I have been absolutely disappointed in Jordan Air’s lack of service or response to service. Twice I’ve had to get service from Jordan, only to have to go to somebody else in the community. Buyer beware. more

this is a letter I sent to the owner after my AC service. I recently had an Air conditioning problem 5/7/12 and have had a few different AC people out over the years and all of them just put Freon in and that’s pretty much it. I wanted to find someone I could trust so I started looking on line for good reviews. I saw your company with good reviews and mentioned your company name to my wife and she said I think they go to our church. I think she remembered a programmable thermostat you offered up for the auction a few years ago for the kids mission trip fund raiser. Anyway I called and Adrian came out on time, neat uniform, started to but on the booties when I told him don’t worry about it. Adrian was so great!!!! He checked everything found the coil in the attic was what was clogged cleaned it out and it started working pretty well but he wasn’t satisfied cause a number on the gauge was too high or something so he cleaned the outside coil and we could see the difference on the gauges and the feel the hotter temperature coming out of the fan. None of the other AC people had been in the attic at all but Adrian went up there at least twice once to clean it out and second to show me the temperature split and what I was losing from my ducts into the attic. No other tech had done any of that. Adrian didn’t even need to add Freon its working better than it has in years but beyond that he was great about answering my questions and explaining everything. Adrian made me a very happy customer. I will post this on those review sites because your company is doing it right. My house was built in 1981 and I think my AC unit is original and costs a lot to cool my house during the summer and Adrian said the new models are much more energy efficient and also recommended the duct work sealing duct insulation. So when I save up for a new AC unit you will be the company I come to because you are running the business in a Christian way and employing great people like Adrian. Thank you Scott more

Great guys 11/17/2011

I called Jordan out after I had purchased an older home. I wanted to ensure everything was working as it should be. I called and scheduled an appointment for a few days later and when they came they were very courteous. The inspection was pretty quick and they determined that the unit was fine but did need to be cleaned badly. That done everything was good to go and I was a new loyal customer. more

I purchased a new Trane AC system and had it installed by Jordan Air. The system is great and the men from Jordan Air who did the work were very pleasurable to work with. They made was could have been a headache, a breeze for me. more

Great A/C sewrvice! 7/25/2011

I called these guys out for a problem with my A/C. Air would blow but never got cold. They arrived pretty fast and went right to work. It was clear that they have very experienced people there. The house was cooling in no time and technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. more

A family member of mine recommended I call Jordan Air before the heat of the summer got here because I was having problems with my previous system, so I did. From my very first call all the way to the service tech. walking away from my home after the job was complete - I was satisfied all the way through. Jordan Air did a same day unit install for me. I must have been super lucky that day. My AC unit went down on a Tuesday night, I called Jordan first thing in the morning and the house was cooled before 6pm. So happy with every facet of their work. more

I hired these guys to do my yearly cleaning and maintenance after having a bad experience with another company. I experienced the opposite here. Good honest service with no up charges or pushy sales. They just came in and did a good job. more

Highly recommended!!! 5/10/2011

After calling several places that either charged too much or couldn’t get there in a reasonable time, I found Jordan Air. Boy am I glad I did! They got there in an hour or so, didn’t try to overcharge me and didn’t even leave a mess. My A/C was working in no time. Great service and I will use them again. more

Honest Air conditioning service 5/3/2011

I turned on my A/C for the first time last summer and nothing happened. I called Jordan and an hour later a tech was at my door. The problem was small and they fixed it at a reasonable cost. Thanks for not trying to sell me a whole unit I didn’t need! I'll never call another company! more

Got one over on me 3/17/2011

Good: I have to give it to them. They sure fooled me. Not to many people can get one over on me, but they sure did! Bravo!. Bad: They lied to me about the results of a Georgia Power report. They sent GA Power out to test the unit they installed to see if it was large enough. Jordan Air Inc. told me that the report checked out and I was to blame for it's problems because I forgot to replace an air filter. I decided to replace the unit out of my own pocket, but the new HVAC company told me that I should consider a bigger unit. This made me suspicious and I asked GA Power for a copy of the report and found out I had been lied to.. Improvements: I would like to see them be honest about their mistakes and make things right when they do.. Other: GA Power found that they had installed a unit that was too small. Covering this up by lying to me and my builder about it is about as dishonest as you can get. They should have told the truth about the GA Power report.. more
