Jordan Air was there for us on every front. Jay arrived with his computer and created a complete analyses of our home's heating and air needs. He gave us a printed estimate, timeline and financial assistance. When the Jordan team arrived to replace our system, it was like a parade with many vehicles full of top-notch technicians, ready and excited to get the job done! Our Eastside Athens townhouse could have used an HVAC upgrade when we bought it 5 yrs ago, but we limped along until this fall when the furnace simply gave up the ghost. We decided to replace the entire unit, upgrade to a zoned system, have all ductwork sealed and insulated and a media air filter installed. Nice bit of kit.\r \r Called several companies, 4 came out, 2 gave quotes, both on Trane equipment. Once the models/capacity were identical, Jordan Air was the high bidder, but not by much. \r \r The decision pivoted on a lot of little things. The sales engineer made and kept a Saturday appointment. He ran a heat load calculation showing the impact of the duct sealing/insulation and based his system recommendation on the results. SEER calculations were based on the overall system configuration rather than boiler plate specs. He recommended infiltration control, including some DIY tasks, to further improve efficiency. 10 year warranty on parts and labor, and no payment until the job was more

I called Jordan out after I had purchased an older home. I wanted to ensure everything was working as it should be. I called and scheduled an appointment for a few days later and when they came they were very courteous. The inspection was pretty quick and they determined that the unit was fine but did need to be cleaned badly. That done everything was good to go and I was a new loyal customer. more

I just lost my usual plumber and Jordan was in the area and I am familiar with them I guess. I decided to call them and found the same good service I got from my old plumber. I was reluctant to switch but feel relieved now. more

Exceptional Service 9/1/2011

I called Jordan after a contract fell through for an a/c install. They picked up right where the other folks left off and did a great job. I was happy with all aspects of the install and service. The best was the end result which looks and functions phenomenally! more

I purchased a new Trane AC system and had it installed by Jordan Air. The system is great and the men from Jordan Air who did the work were very pleasurable to work with. They made was could have been a headache, a breeze for me. more

From my very first call all the way to the service tech. walking away from my home after the job was complete - I was satisfied all the way through. Jordan Air did a same day unit install for me. I must have been super lucky that day. My AC unit went down on a Tuesday night, I called Jordan first thing in the morning and the house was cooled before 6pm. So happy with every facet of their work. more

After calling several places that either charged too much or couldn?t get there in a reasonable time, I found Jordan Air. Boy am I glad I did! They got there in an hour or so, didn?t try to overcharge me and didn?t even leave a mess. My A/C was working in no time. Great service and I will use them again. more
