Businiess name:  Jordan Air Inc
Review by:  Andy H.
Review content:
Good: I have to give it to them. They sure fooled me. Not to many people can get one over on me, but they sure did! Bravo!. Bad: They lied to me about the results of a Georgia Power report. They sent GA Power out to test the unit they installed to see if it was large enough. Jordan Air Inc. told me that the report checked out and I was to blame for it's problems because I forgot to replace an air filter. I decided to replace the unit out of my own pocket, but the new HVAC company told me that I should consider a bigger unit. This made me suspicious and I asked GA Power for a copy of the report and found out I had been lied to.. Improvements: I would like to see them be honest about their mistakes and make things right when they do.. Other: GA Power found that they had installed a unit that was too small. Covering this up by lying to me and my builder about it is about as dishonest as you can get. They should have told the truth about the GA Power report..
