this is a letter I sent to the owner after my AC service.
I recently had an Air conditioning problem 5/7/12 and have had a few different AC people out over the years and all of them just put Freon in and that’s pretty much it. I wanted to find someone I could trust so I started looking on line for good reviews. I saw your company with good reviews and mentioned your company name to my wife and she said I think they go to our church. I think she remembered a programmable thermostat you offered up for the auction a few years ago for the kids mission trip fund raiser. Anyway I called and Adrian came out on time, neat uniform, started to but on the booties when I told him don’t worry about it. Adrian was so great!!!! He checked everything found the coil in the attic was what was clogged cleaned it out and it started working pretty well but he wasn’t satisfied cause a number on the gauge was too high or something so he cleaned the outside coil and we could see the difference on the gauges and the feel the hotter temperature coming out of the fan. None of the other AC people had been in the attic at all but Adrian went up there at least twice once to clean it out and second to show me the temperature split and what I was losing from my ducts into the attic. No other tech had done any of that. Adrian didn’t even need to add Freon its working better than it has in years but beyond that he was great about answering my questions and explaining everything. Adrian made me a very happy customer. I will post this on those review sites because your company is doing it right. My house was built in 1981 and I think my AC unit is original and costs a lot to cool my house during the summer and Adrian said the new models are much more energy efficient and also recommended the duct work sealing duct insulation. So when I save up for a new AC unit you will be the company I come to because you are running the business in a Christian way and employing great people like Adrian.
