Chelsey is a wonderful hairstylist! And, as an older woman who does not spend much time on my hair, she understands and gives me an easy cut that stays nice and managable for a couple of months! I would highly recommend her to anyone wnating avante garde to easy maintenance! more

I loved my experience. Abby removes those hairs via wax and I almost don't feel a thing. No rash, no stubble and I am beautiful again! Christine - makes me feel like a million dollars! She is an expert when it comes to color and cut. I let her do her thing and it makes me look wonderful. Thanks for letting us share! more

I've been going to John Robert's since I moved to Cleveland in 2003. I must say, I've never had a terrible experience from the staff and have never been treated rudely. However, my 8 am confirmed appointment didn't show in their system and they asked to reschedule me at 4:45 pm with a 30% discount. While waiting for my 4:45 pedicure appointment, another woman had the same incident happen with her waxing appointment and the receptionist came over and told her they'd take care of the waxing for her "on the house" since there was an inconvenience for their mistake. I live 30 minutes away... not sure how her time was more valuable than mine and how the mistake ended up in a "free" service for her and a slightly discounted service for me? more

I went in looking for a similar hair style with layers but still something a little different. She played with it and told me some ideas that she had in mind and it turned out fabulous! I would highly recommend John Robert's to everyone! more

As you may be aware, I have been employed as a Serenity Spa Assistant as of June, 2011. I enjoy my position very much and since I have been an employee, I have referred 4 people for services who also love our spa/salon and continue to return for their nail/skin/hair and beauty needs. I am very proud of the services we provide as well as the team of employees. I am pursuing to attend the manicure program at Brown Aveda in January of 2012, and am hoping to continue my employment at this location when I graduate.
