I've been going to John Robert's since I moved to Cleveland in 2003. I must say, I've never had a terrible experience from the staff and have never been treated rudely. However, my 8 am confirmed appointment didn't show in their system and they asked to reschedule me at 4:45 pm with a 30% discount. While waiting for my 4:45 pedicure appointment, another woman had the same incident happen with her waxing appointment and the receptionist came over and told her they'd take care of the waxing for her "on the house" since there was an inconvenience for their mistake. I live 30 minutes away... not sure how her time was more valuable than mine and how the mistake ended up in a "free" service for her and a slightly discounted service for me?
