Love the atmosphere, love the affordable prices. Kyle is the best (love him!) but I have been coming here for years and only once had a bad experience with one of the stylists. And for 25 bucks...lesson learned, I'll just avoid her in the future! more

Hair cut review 12/22/2011

Niva has been cutting my hair for years. She's very diligent and can follow the lines of my haircut. The women at the front counter are very welcoming and pleasant. I definately recommend this salon and Niva for haircuts. more

My Time For Me! 12/22/2011

I look forward to my theraputic pedicure every month. It is my time for me and when my gal is finishing up I always say, "please don't stop, how about starting over instead". The only thing I would ask is that they make this treatment longer. A longer massage would be greatly appreciated. more

Always great 12/22/2011

My experience at John Roberts is always a 5 star. You are treated like royalty, from having your hair cut, styled, waxing procedures or massages. The staff cannot be beat. At times my husband will pick me up from the salon and he always remarks that "everyone who walks out of John Roberts has a smile on their face." Congratulations on picking the finest staff - talented and courteous and kind. more

Pampering at John Roberts Spa 12/21/2011

I had a wonderful experience at John Roberts Spa, as always. Sandy did a fabulous job on my cut and color, and her assistant was just wonderful at the hand and arm massage and the mini facial she gave me. I can't recommend JR Spa enough! more

relaxing experience 12/20/2011

I had a highlight, cut and a pedicure yesterday at John Robert's. My stylist, Jen Greer, and her assistant Antoinetta, are awesome. Jen always listens to my concerns about my hair and responds professionally. The perks of going there for your hair include a scalp massage, hand and arm massage and make up touch-up. Truly relaxing. Becky did my pedicure. It was wonderful! She is very good at her job. The new pedicure chairs are also very comfortable. Overall, a perfect day at John Robert's Spa....as usual! more

Mixed Review 12/19/2011

Riley did my highlights and she did a fantastic job. She was friendly and social and everything I expected and more. Michelle did my wash/blow dry style. When taking out the foil, she said "I don't think this is done, I'm going to have Riley check this". This made me extremely nervous. Riley said it was done. When she took the foil out, she said, "this is interesting" which scared me even more. (The color actually turned out great!) Then when I went to be blown dry, I told her I wanted my hair curled (I had also told them this at the time of booking because I figured it would take more time.) She said she had no record of that and that would take her way more than the 15 minutes she was alloted. She ended up doing it and my hair looked great, but she had a very negative energy and I would prefer not to go to her again. more

My Experience 12/13/2011

First of all, I usually have a different hair dresser. This is the worst experience with a hair cut ive ever had. I donated my hair which usually you are not charged for but i still was anyways. Besides that she cut my hair totally wrong. I have REALLY curly hair and i wanted it like keri russell when she cut it short. The front is WAY longer than the back making it look funny. The one side is obviously uneven from the other so badly that strangers and freinds have noticed it. I cant believe how bad it is words cannot even describe. The best way i can say is that i am NOT happy and that ive spend hundrends of dollars there in previous time but i dont know it i want to go back. My hair is messed up bad and since its sooo short in the back its going to take forever to grow back enough to fix it. Ive been wearing a hat ever since i had this appointment. I had even mentioned to the stylst the lenth looked wrong and see supposedly fixed it. When my hair dryed i realized it looked all wrong. Its so bad ive worn a hat out everywhere even to see family member im soo embarresed. more

Haircut with Brynn 12/10/2011

I have been going to Brynn since she first started at Protege. I have had many different, unique and fabulous hairstyles. The last one was when I let my hair grow 10inches and donated, Brynn's new "do" is amazing, I actually have people stopping me to tell me what a great haircut I have and who did it!! more

I rely on Mary at John Roberts for the perfect cut and color. She's terrific! The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I particularly like the spa area; it's one of my favorite places to relax and be pampered. more

Bikini Wax 12/7/2011

Every once in a while like to pamper myself especially if traveling or doing something special. Getting a bikini wax, though sometimes not the easiest thing to endure, is better when the John Roberts Spa personnel are the best in town, very professional, really know their craft, and have a wonderfully happy and personable disposition. John Roberts Spa is the best! more
