John is a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy agent. My home sale was a difficult process for me and my family, both emotionally and financially and John was incredibly supportive, patient, and smart every step of the way. I was sold on hiring John when he showed up at our first meeting having done a great deal of homework on the area, and already had some ideas for us to think about and a customized booklet to take away. He always came prepared to meetings, always had suggestions and ideas for things we could do to sell the house more quickly in a down market, and he was always right! He hired a great photographer using new techniques so the pictures look amazing on the web. He hired a sketch artist to draw a rendering of what the backyard could look like if we were to clear out the greenbelt and landscape it since buyers were struggling with the fact that it was not landscaped, but we didn’t have the time to do it. He posted our listing on tons of sites, sent out direct mailings, contacted other agents, set up numerous open houses, let people know when we lowered our price, sent out surveys and took that information to heart. Basically John worked much harder than I have ever seen an agent work – he earned his commission (less than most agents negotiate) and then some.
