We worked with John to purchase our first home in March of 2012. In addition to being first time home buyers, we were very new to the Seattle area and John was an excellent agent helping us navigate the search process. He was patient and a great hand-holder – walking us through the purchasing process; educating us on the past, present and future Seattle market; and helping us better identify and prioritize what most mattered to us. I would definitely recommend John and use him again in the eventual purchase of our next home and sale of our current home. The three things I most appreciated were:
1. With our newness to the area, his intimate, on-the-ground knowledge of Seattle’s neighborhoods provided important insight into our decision-making process.
2. We were on a self-imposed tight timeline and John was available and eager to show us homes, graciously working around our schedules and revisiting houses multiple times.
3. We began our home search with a very vague idea of what we wanted. As we began to define our vision for a future home, John adapted quickly to our dream and helped us negotiate a purchase that aligned with our needs and our vision.
