I just sold my condo, my residence of three years, my HOME that I loved. It was not an easy decision.
John started the process with education: not just a complete analysis of comps but also a well constructed packet of information about the whole process - terms, definitions, expectations, market trends etc.
After making the decision to sell, then changing my mind, then deciding again to sell (a two week period of time during which John showed remarkable patience and understanding) he put together a complete marketing package; utilizing unique, cost effective methods to get the word out.
Long story short: Only one weekend. Right Price, Right Time, Right Buyer. Thanks to the Right Realtor.
I didn't choose to go with John solely because of his flexible commission schedule, but it sure made the decision seem like a smart one when I was closing escrow.
John is professional, friendly, and he'll take good care of you during this otherwise stressful time.
