Best car buying experience ever. Dennis Young is a true hero of a sales consultant. He was very enthusiastic, friendly and informative. He gave us lots to think about. He did not push, which we appreciate. We did not buy right away. Several weeks later I made up my mind to buy a Volt as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I visited Jimmy Johnson again, Dennis took me through the credit check, showed me some options, and we devised a plan to surprise my wife with the car. Another three weeks past, and Dennis drove the car to my house and put a big red bow on it. My wife was definitely surprised and very happy, though she was crying the whole time...but those were happy tears. We went back to the dealership and finished the purchase. During all of this, we were receiving emails from other dealerships claiming low price guarantee, etc., but there was no way we were going to buy from anyone else because Dennis and the other people at Jimmy Johnson made the experience so great. more

I was met by a mechanic immediately when I drove up. He took all my information and walked with me into Customer Service. I was immediately assisted. There was some confusion regarding a part that was supposed to be set aside for my recall, but that was taken care of immediately. Originally, I was quoted around 4 or 5 hours worth of labor when I initially made the appointment, but it actually took a little over 3. I was treated very well upon my arrival and return. more

I was a little indecisive about trading in my vehicle for a new Cruze but Dennis Young made the process SO easy and painless. He certainly went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted in my purchase. I looked at vehicles on and off for about 7 days and Dennis had made a list of everything I wanted and didn't want every time I went and looked at what Jimmie Johnson Chevy had. He was honest and up front and had a lot of great recommendations and suggestions for my price range. Long story short, on the 7th day of me searching for "the" perfect car, Dennis had pulled up a Cruze that had everything that I wanted (and the perfect color) and had it pulled up and washed ready for me to test drive! Unfortunately when I went to make the big purchase Dennis was with another customer but he took a quick second to run over and tell me that I would love the car he picked for me and I DID! Luckily the salesman Kevin Bouchard was available to help me and thoroughly showed me every single aspect of the console. He even had me practice the back up camera with him standing behind it! He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the Cruze LT. He made sure the paperwork process was clean and easy as well.
