Warm, friendly counter man, car returned quickeer than I thought, fully serviced.

Worst

Dealer offered a coupon, but would not allow it, as they stated they had already provided all discounts available, yet the itemization did not outline any. Be aware.

Great experience with Jim Sofios 11/5/2013

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Jim Sofios was awesome and was more then patient with me as I changed my mind from one car to another, only to end up deciding I wanted "Red Rock," without even driving it! He was very helpful throughout the entire long process (I think I was there for about 6 hours. I'm a girl, I need time to make up my mind!) and has even helped me with a few additional items after the sale. This has been the 8th time that I have purchased a vehicle from a dealership (I know, I have a problem but it's an addiction I just can't kick) and Jim is by far the best rep I have ever delt with. There was never a time I felt like I was just another "sale". Jim seemed very genuine, eager to educate me on the different options offered on the Camaros and above all, worked with me to get me into car I loved, rather than just trying to make a sale. I have already told several people about the great experience that I have had and I will continue to do so. more

Great but tired of oil on my seats 11/5/2013

I love this dealership but every time I bring my truck in for service I always find oil smudges on my seats and other parts of my truck. Absolutely unacceptable. Not the first time this has happened. Service is amazing otherwise more

Service airbag warning was repaired under warranty. Bill took care of us and made sure car was ready when we needed it. He was helpful and friendly. Not sure if I would recommend this business to someone else since I take my car closer to home for routine work. more

Amazing service center! 11/5/2013

My car recently broke down on my Chevy that was purchased from Jimmie Johnson. In my past experiences, this has been quite the hassle, and very time consuming. However, Al over at Jimmie Johnson made the process almost too easy. He helped me with all the paper work, kept me in the loop about any changes to the time it would take to fix my car, and got me in and out of the service center in no time. In addition, Al was extremely courteous, and provided me with excellent customer service. I really appreciate all the people at Jimmie Johnson for providing me with exceptional service. Keep up the good work! more

They have great service. They ot it done very quick. I did notice that 2 of my lug nuts on my hub cap were not screwed on tight after my tires were rotated. more

Surprising decent people for car salesman 11/2/2013

I just bought my new 2014 Chevy Volt from these guys, and I usually HATE going to dealers. There was very little pressure here, and the general manager guy basically just asked me (when I was about to leave) what price I wanted for the car. When I named it they made it happen! I nearly fell out of my seat - no hassling at all! I would go back here again if i didn't plan on leaving california soon. If you have to go to a dealership, go to these guys. more

On day 1, My 23 yr old daughter started car shopping on her own. The team here treated her with respect and continued to get her the best deal possible. I couldn't be with her, yet between the phone & my computer, I was able to cosign for my baby girl! By the end of the day they came up with an awesome deal! When we arrived the next morning, we were greeted & treated with the utmost respect from start to finish. This was our first car buying experience with a dealer, each step was explained and reviewed with patency & assurance. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
