I was a little indecisive about trading in my vehicle for a new Cruze but Dennis Young made the process SO easy and painless. He certainly went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted in my purchase. I looked at vehicles on and off for about 7 days and Dennis had made a list of everything I wanted and didn't want every time I went and looked at what Jimmie Johnson Chevy had. He was honest and up front and had a lot of great recommendations and suggestions for my price range. Long story short, on the 7th day of me searching for "the" perfect car, Dennis had pulled up a Cruze that had everything that I wanted (and the perfect color) and had it pulled up and washed ready for me to test drive! Unfortunately when I went to make the big purchase Dennis was with another customer but he took a quick second to run over and tell me that I would love the car he picked for me and I DID! Luckily the salesman Kevin Bouchard was available to help me and thoroughly showed me every single aspect of the console. He even had me practice the back up camera with him standing behind it! He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles of the Cruze LT. He made sure the paperwork process was clean and easy as well. Over all both salesman made this purchase so easy and I will suggest this dealership as well as Dennis Y. and Kevin B. to all my family and friends.
