If looking for a new or used car ask for Jeremy Brown. I was in need of replacing my broken down car that recently had a fender bender (other driver switched two lanes) that caused the front headlight and turning signal to be totaled. My car needed to be replaced anyway but the accident pretty much left me with a choice to do it earlier then later. Other car dealers made a too fast decision and wouldn't consider suggesting a replacement car due to my situation. After pulling into Jimmie Johnson's Chevrolet, Jeremy approached with a warm welcome and assessed the situation. He provided the benefit of the doubt and the Kearny Mesa's team gave a fair exchange price for my broken down car and upgraded my ride with a spiffy used car that was like new. Jeremy looked at the big picture and made things happen so that I can drive out with an upgraded car, sincerely wanting to really help me out. The Kearny Mesa's entire team was very considerate and worked with me to come up with a very reasonable finance plan that I was very happy about. My experience buying a new car at Jimmie Johnson was beyond my expectations. Everyone was incredibly attentive and willing to offer any help. My sales rep Dennis was awesome, not only very knowledgeable regarding the Chevy CRUZE that I was interested in purchasing he continually went beyond his duty to help me. I had a car accident in November 2013 and my car was totaled. Having to deal with the process of negotiations with the insurance companies left me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Without no money to place as a down payment nor a valuable trade in, I was able to lease a 2014 Chevy CRUZE with no money down and every possible discount I could get with the option to buy at the end of the lease. I was able to drive off with my new 2014 Chevy CRUZE, a DREAM COME TRUE. All employees at Jimmie Johnson are GREAT and all went beyond their job title to make my shopping and purchase as easy as possible.
