I just used Jensen to move my family from Montauk, Ny to Doylestown and had a very good experience. The men were very careful and polite. Being new to the area, I wanted to use someone local and my neighbor gave me their name. I will be forever grateful! Two trucks plus were moved in to my new house. The guys worked with me to make sure everything found a place. What I really loved was that the office sent them back later in the week to move a couple of items around for me, got rid of some furniture I did not want and picked up my boxes. The office was pleasant and they sent me paperwork informing me of my costs.Kudos to Nick, who followed up on my calls. I would certainly reccommend them. As a business owner, I know its tough to keep your employees postive and hardworking, when times are tough. I commend the owners of this company for such a nice group of guys. And the best thing.....i moved in great weather. Very excited to check out what else this area has in store for us! more

A really bad experience! Don't use Jensen! Our move was a nightmare ! We had Jensen do the packing too. The packers ran out of packing materials for 2 antique mirrors and a Waterford chandelier. The packers promised that the packing would be completed on moving day.This never happened. I received my chandelier in an open box that covered 1/4 of the chandelier with no packing protection at all. The 2 antique mirrors got placed with items that were being salvaged and got thrown out! When I called Jensen, the manager, Megan Bowman said I could file a claim but it would be denied! She said the movers were given the mirrors by my family member who told them to throw out the mirrors! This is ludicrous at best. Don't use Jensen Movers if you value your family heirlooms. They are unprofessional and liars. more

We received a letter in the mail from Jensen and from the moment we called their office they were very accommodating and eager for our business. They really went above and beyond to make sure all our goods arrived to our destination without any damages. The movers were very organized and their supervisor was pleasant. We will use Jensen again if needed! more

Disappointed\r \r “I contracted Jensen Movers for a local relocation. I was quoted a price of $4,433. The actual price was $6,439 or a 45% increase. The quote was from the owner after visiting and quoting the size of our move. Upon arrival at the new location, our furniture would not be unloaded without the balance being paid with cash or a certified check. The move required three days to pack and load. Crew size was cut in half on the first day. Completion of the move did not finish until 8:30 PM on the third day. A grandfather’s clock was not properly crated as agreed and damage occurred that required repair after arrival. Although insurance was a selling feature, Jensen denies any responsibility for lack of shipping integrity. Interesting, they never even asked for suggestions...must not care!"" more

Worst move of my life. Given a reasonable estimate, however, on moving day, workers totally slow walked the move. Adding an additional 1 1/2 hrs when less furniture needed to be moved than initially evaluated. Unable to move furniture to the 2nd floor--not sure if not enough brawn or just limited brain power. \r Unprofessional and rude front office staff, especially Megan Bowman--should not be allowed to interact with public as she demonstrated limited ability to effectively communicate. more

Please, if you value your sanity, don't hire this company. I wish we hadn't, and if your experience is similar to ours, you will too! They were rude, sloppy, late, verbally abusive, and damaged our furniture. This was by far the worst moving experience I could have ever dreamed of. I can't state it enough: Please don't use them! more

Moved last week. Had a very good experience. Spent 4 days with this company and found that the men worked hard,were pleasant --even in the very hot weather. I was very pleased with the services. I would use them again. more

Awful experience. I don't know who writes all these glowing reports; it must be their relatives! We had: damaged furniture, slow, exhausted movers who arrived hours late, only to charge us overtime when they couldn't finish on time, and beyond rude customer service. Never again!!!! more

I moved last week. Had a very good experience. Men were very careful and understanding as I was extremely stressed out! I had not moved for about 15 years and it is the first time I used this company. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. Not finished with my unpacking but so far no damage. Just finished unpacking from my move and am very pleased with the outcome. Jensen did a wonderful job form start to finish. Men were great! I hope I never move again but Jensen definitely made it alot eaiser for me and my family. I would hire them again. more

I am very happy with my experience. I just had all of the carpeting in my home installed before moving in and they were very careful--it rained both days of my move. more

I just used them to move to Philadelphia from Florida and they did a wonderful job. We had reserved an entire truck and they had the same men that picked us up deliver our stuff to our new home. I could not have made this move without them as I have so much. They came and helped me pack all of my china and artwork. I am halfway unpacked and everything looks great. more

We used Jensen after having a few local companies come out an give us an estimate. I have to admit the estimate was higher than we were looking for but when it came to our goods we thought we should spend the money. If I could go back and save ourselves some cost I would have packed ourselves or had our kids do it! But all in all it was your average move. They arrived a little late, maybe due to the crazy amounts of snow we've had.. and we had a few scratches which were promptly taken care of. I guess you could say what was expected was, and really I'm sure if we had done everything on our own I would have had a LOT more to complain about. more

We hired Keller Moving, Jensen showed up! From the get go we had a horrible experience. Considering it probably is a luxury for most people to be able to hire a moving company and not a necessity, we were foolish enough to give them our business, hard earned money and have them take advantage of us when we hired them. They say ?rest assured we will take care of your furniture.? More like ?rest assured we will destroy your furniture.? I cannot express to everyone out there who is doing research on moving companies. DO NOT USE THEM! I find it really funny and ridiculous that someone would put a review on here of ?Should of used Jenson.? That review is called damage control on Jenson?s behalf. Nice try Keller and/or Jenson whoever you are. I have to say that they are ?crooks? as another review has called them. They should NOT be in business. Don?t hire them unless you want your furniture destroyed and to be charged $900.00 over the original estimate. If you do, then hire these bag of liars and have their disgusting, inexperienced employees that work for such a scumbag of a company move you. It made me sick to my stomach what they did to our belongings. And to this day, they have not owned up to what they have done! We had 9K work of damage to our furniture. (Need I say more). Megan the office manager is a nasty, ignorant, rude and abusive woman who should be ashamed for acting they way she does towards customers. This company is nice when they want your money and treat you like a piece of garbage kicked to the curb after they get your money. I truly hope they go out of business. Anna and Steve the owners are a pack of money hungry vultures for running such a horrible company. I wonder how such people can sleep at night. This is how i started my research. Started with these crooks and had the most unprofessional estimator show up at my house. Charge for this and charge for that. Dispite what any company tells you local moves are not charged buy the HOUR and WEIGHT and TRAVEL and whatever else they feel like charging for. Weight is not a charge that applies when the move is local. I did major research on line. Superior proved to be the better option. And also i realized that any negative feed back on Jensen's always have a positive comment feedback to try to cancel the negative. Give it a try and see what will be under here. Just goes to show you what kind of company this really is. Pack of convicts and crooks!!! more
