Review content:
Worst move of my life. Given a reasonable estimate, however, on moving day, workers totally slow walked the move. Adding an additional 1 1/2 hrs when less furniture needed to be moved than initially evaluated. Unable to move furniture to the 2nd floor--not sure if not enough brawn or just limited brain power. \r
Unprofessional and rude front office staff, especially Megan Bowman--should not be allowed to interact with public as she demonstrated limited ability to effectively communicate.
