Disappointed\r \r “I contracted Jensen Movers for a local relocation. I was quoted a price of $4,433. The actual price was $6,439 or a 45% increase. The quote was from the owner after visiting and quoting the size of our move. Upon arrival at the new location, our furniture would not be unloaded without the balance being paid with cash or a certified check. The move required three days to pack and load. Crew size was cut in half on the first day. Completion of the move did not finish until 8:30 PM on the third day. A grandfather’s clock was not properly crated as agreed and damage occurred that required repair after arrival. Although insurance was a selling feature, Jensen denies any responsibility for lack of shipping integrity. Interesting, they never even asked for suggestions...must not care!""
