Great Experience 6/4/2012

The staff was very helpful in getting through the complicated process with insurance and mortgage companies. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Some plants were dammaged, but that can be expected. Cleanup went very well. more

Roof looks good. Area for improvement - do a better job of cleanup after the job. 4/10/2012

As I am writing this I continue to pick up nails out of my yard and driveway. I realize you can't get them all but I am at 30+ and counting. Today our riding lawnmower had a flat from one of those nails. My only suggestion for improvement would be to do a better job of cleanup after the fact. more

Very Pleased 3/22/2012

I had a new roof put on by Jasper in March and I was really pleased with the whole experience. I had hail damage to my roof, and thoughout the claims process they were very helpful and professional. My new roof looks great, and the roofers put it on in one day with no leaks! more

My experience with Jasper Contractors and Paul Trosclair was excellent. From the first day I contacted Paul to the last day when my roof was installed, he has gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs or questions in a very timely manner. I was totally impressed with the roofing crew who completed my job in one day, and left my home in immaculate condition. I will recommend Jasper to anyone who needs a roof, and have done so already. My wife, who was the contractor, when we built our home, is not easily impressed, but she was on the install. Thank you Jasper !!! more

The job that the contractors did with Jasper Roofing was GREAT! You can tell by the work of the roofers that they know what they are doing by the finish work. From the shingles being placed on the ridge cap to the extra precautions around our fireplace and caulking around the vents. Paul Trosclair was great to work with always answering all of our questions no many how times we called. Would definitely recommend!! more

Excellent, professional, courteous, service and my roof looks awesome!! 3/6/2012

My experience with the Jasper Roofers was a very positive one, with one exception. I have Directv and the satellite dish was temporarily disconnected and apparently moved a little. I have a very sensitive HD receiver and while they fixed it to work for one channel the receiver did not pick up any additional channels. Of course I was not aware of this when they left or I'm sure they would have tried to correct the problem for all channels. As it was, I had to wait almost a week for Directv to come out and "re-adjust" the satellite. But if that is my only issue, I feel blessed. There were some extra nails lying around, but they were in the back yard (which desperately needed to be mowed) and therefore we were not in danger of having any flat tires. more

There were items promised that we didn't not receive 2/22/2012

The crew that worked on our house were not supervised and when I told them certain things needed to be done they blew me off , I was very disappointed with the way our installation day went bc of lack of supervision and lack of consideration for our home / property they didn't pick up hardly any of their mess and they cigarette butts all over our driveway and yard , more

Over all good experience 2/15/2012

Very thorough information from guys that provided the initial consultation & process of assistance with the insurance company. Prompt attention was given to schedule the check delivery, roofing material & roof replacement. The only issue was the roof on an addition structure was to be replaced also & there was great confusion as to if it was to be done or not. Therefore what was scheduled to be a one day job became a 2 day job. More importantly at 5:00pm on the 2nd day the gazebo was still not completed & the crew was absent. 2 phone calls were made before they returned and completed the roof in full darkness. Communication was also difficult with the roof crew due to language difference. more

Pleased and relieved 1/1/2012

Jasper was on time, finished my roof in 1 day. All cleaned up and installed 2 extra turbines on the roof. Very professional. It looks great. Now we need to repaint the house. Do you do that too? Miss the old roof too, it survived 5 hurricanes. more

While I may not be a roofing expert, I am a perfectionist! So I expected 120% & Jasper delivered. My large roof was stripped & reroofed in 1 day. No stray shingles, roof tacks etc left laying around. They were not only proficient but conscious of leaving the job site immaculate. My thanks to Brian, my salesman, for his professional approach to this job. I would gladly recommend JASPER ROOFING. more
