Jasper recently replaced my roof and overall the experience was good. The crew worked very hard and the job was done in 2 days. The only negative experience was the lack of regard for our landscaping. The crew trashed a good portion of the landscaping in front of my home (along with a tree) and some in the rear. Jasper did reimburse me for the repairs and replacement but it will take a while before things look good again. Even with that, I would use them again. more

Seemed more focused on getting more jobs done quickly than doing a quality job. Began job with half a crew, got down to 3 workers, and eventually to one worker. Other workers were pulled off to work another job. It rained twice that day. Jasper did come back and fix some issues I raised that were obviously substandard. Overall, a good, well-intentioned company. more

Jasper contractors did a good job for me. Their account manager worked with my insurance company and the insurance adjuster so I didn't have to deal with it.They were quick and cleaned up after themselves promptly. My wife's car did get a flat from a roofing nail left behind but Jasper paid for a new tire because it was in the side wall. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Good service and quick installation professionally done. Only complaint is that I was billed the next day as if I was late on payment and then called by end of the next week for status of the last check. When our initial contract was written; it was to be understood that along with getting the roof repaired that they (Jasper)would also repair/replace our AC unit. The contract was written/signed on 3/30/13. The roof was replaced on 4/20/13 and receipt/warranty was received on 5/29/13. However prior to (Jasper) receiving payment there were several calls from (Jasper) to "check" the status of payment and each time someone came out or called to check with us regarding the status; we always asked the person with whom we spoke with when someone would come out and check the AC. Our question was ignored each time. We received the same response from every worker (i.e... let me check on it and I'll give you a call tomorrow). Tomorrow never came. Today is 6/11/13 and we have yet to hear anything in regards to the AC unit. Overall the roofing services were great but that's where it ends. I would recommend the roofing services to someone else nothing more. more

These people were very professional in the way they handeled this project. They were very conccerned for my needs. Below you will find the last email sent to the president of Jasper Roofing that was absolutely no help in the problems that I have had with Jasper Roofing. I'm sure this review will not get any results either or even get posted. By the way if you have a swimming pool they will fill it with all types of debris including nails for you to clean yourself. Claim #24481; Insured: David Adams Mr. President, What you don't understand is that everything since day one has been a miscommunication, mistype, misunderstanding or something else by a Jasper Contractor. My original contract called for 26 sq. Barkwood, 25 year GAF shingles. Jasper installed 26 sq. of Owen Corning Supreme-Teak 25 years and then you want to send me another warranty because Jasper installed the wrong roof and I'm am expected to be fine with that. By the way, its not defaming your company if what I state is true and I have evidence to back it up. Can you provide me with something I signed stating that the color and name brand of the shingles would be changed. Also, they "forgot" to install the lead boots that were in the original contract. And as far as an M.O. is concerned I do not have an M.O. but I'm now convinced that Jasper Roofing's M.O. is to sign a contract with a customer, change the terms of the agreement after the fact (without informed consent from the customer) and then put as many obstacles in the way of a solution as possible. Oh, and then threaten legal action. As far as the legal system, I welcome you to do whatever you feel you need to do. Jasper did not install 26 sq. Barkwood, 25 year GAF shingles. I do not scare easily. I'm certainly not afraid of legal action from some big-time company that can't even hold up their end of a contract. Are you still sure you don't want to provide me with the owner/agent's name? I can understand that also, considering you probably wouldn't want him to know how the company performs work outside the contract. Fortunately for myself I have already moved on to more positive things like informing my lovely neighbors who I have years long relationships with exactly what kind of business Jasper Roofing conducts. And I will continue to do so because I take great joy in keeping other people from being ripped off by con-men like yourself. Additionally feel free to post this review on your website since you claim to post reviews whether they are good or bad. I will certainly be posting it elsewhere on the internet. Actually met President of company, which was impressive. Did 55 square roof in one day. Only issue has been left over nails. We had apprehensions about installation of a new roof because we had issues with a leaking chimney, and our new roof was only four years old. Jasper's team, especially Ron Parks, took our concerns seriously and assured us they would meet our specifications. We were extremely happy with the performance and professionalism of the roofers. The roof was completed and the clean up was thorough. Again, our thanks to Ron Parks for seeing the process through to the end. We Are Happy We Decided To Use Jasper Roofing For Our Roof. They Were Finished In One Day & Had A Full Crew Here Working The Entire Time.
