My experience with the Jasper Roofers was a very positive one, with one exception. I have Directv and the satellite dish was temporarily disconnected and apparently moved a little. I have a very sensitive HD receiver and while they fixed it to work for one channel the receiver did not pick up any additional channels. Of course I was not aware of this when they left or I'm sure they would have tried to correct the problem for all channels. As it was, I had to wait almost a week for Directv to come out and "re-adjust" the satellite. But if that is my only issue, I feel blessed. There were some extra nails lying around, but they were in the back yard (which desperately needed to be mowed) and therefore we were not in danger of having any flat tires.
