Went to this salon for the first time on Saturday for highlights and a cut and i've never been happier. Rafael did both my color and cut and he was AMAZING! Extremely friendly and accomodating. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. As soon as you walk in the receptionist makes you feel very welcomed! Reuben was a great hair stylist, he listened to exactly what I wanted and created a beautiful style for me. After my haircut they gave me a complimentary make-up make over by Ruth who was amazing. I went to Jadore de Hair for the first time last week and had a fantastic experience. From the decore to the service everything was top notch. They did an outsanding job on my hair, they listened to everything that I asked for and gave me great highlights and a stylish cut. The best part was that the prices were reasonable and stylists were very professional. I've already sent my sister there and will recommend this salon to everyone. I was so scared to have to find a new stylist after moving cross country but everyone here was so nice they made it super easy. Ruben listened to what I wanted and did exactly that but better. I am from Paris, France. I will never go to another colorist every again! Nobody can do what Rafie can do. I come to see Rafi every 3 month, regularly. Rafie is the UNDISPUTED BEST at highlights! He seriously has this good KARMA for mixing color in a way that makes my look super natural! what a surreal! He can give me the color that I've always dreamed of! He listens to me attentively ... He inspires me in different ways... he makes my each visit a pleasure; thus, it is worth it to buy a expensive round-trip ticket just for a color and blowdry done! It is absolutely worth the trip! I went through a lot... I was very depressed. I had no time to take care of my hair for like 5 months. I bumped into my favorite hairdresser named Ruben at Fairway... I told him that I needed him to rescue me. He called his receptionist to fill me in his schedule. I came and he took care of my mess hair...I just came in and sat in his ""magic"" seat and I walked out beaming... and I felt much better because he knew how to make me feel so beautiful. I was pampered myself in the friendly, relaxing atmosphere of the salon, my co-worker was strongly referred me to Rafi who was a color specialist also had a work experience in the New York City salon for years. All of these years of disappointing stylists who could never give me a creative style nor give me this simply exchange my style... Rafie gave me a free consultation. He invested his time listening to my fears about past experiences. I told him what I wanted and at the result, the color complimented my skin tone... and the color was very NATURAL and true concept of perfection and unique coloring! He won't want to waste your money at all... he knows what will make this possible for you... especially your skin tone, style, eye color and personality!! I saw this lady who got a FAB. cut and blowdry done by Ruben. I hopped in his seat and Ruben took care of me... I told him that I never had a good haircut ever in my life. He asked me what kind of hair I was looking for... I had no idea and he explained to me which haircut he should get it done that would frame my face. He also made a suggestion to thin out some of the bulk in the back of my hair. I could feel his energetic while he was ""cropping"" my hair... for the first time that I did not feel fear!! I could feel his ability and confidence... VOILA! I DID NOT EVEN NOTICE MYSELF... such a religious experience! 5 stars for Ruben's performance! I am very picky with haircut because my hair is long n wavy with an annoying cowlick in the front. But Ruben impressed me doing a perfect job softening n cutting my hair and also, he treated me like a queen! He inquired me to ensure he understands what I want from him with my hair and he did everything exactly what I wanted. He even used his secret ingredients for deep conditioner on my hair and my hair now looks much smoother n softer. In addition, other staffs including the shampoo gal were very friendly toward me. I had a very nice experiences in Jadore de hair Salon. I was recommended by a friend that lives in the city that uses Rafael for highlights and cuts...So i decided to try him I was alittle scared but he gave me a very good consultation ... I could tell that he was very Professional and new what he was doing ....After he did my highlights and cut i was like wow i love it wow ..He made me look beautiful and hot ...I got so many compliments .....Am so happy that he works in LongIsland know......Thank you Rafael....
