5 stars for Ruben's performance! I am very picky with haircut because my hair is long n wavy with an annoying cowlick in the front. But Ruben impressed me doing a perfect job softening n cutting my hair and also, he treated me like a queen! He inquired me to ensure he understands what I want from him with my hair and he did everything exactly what I wanted. He even used his secret ingredients for deep conditioner on my hair and my hair now looks much smoother n softer. In addition, other staffs including the shampoo gal were very friendly toward me. A thumb up for this salon, J'Adore De Hair! I live in Philadelphia, but I definitely will go back regularly!
