I am from Paris, France. I will never go to another colorist every again! Nobody can do what Rafie can do. I come to see Rafi every 3 month, regularly. Rafie is the UNDISPUTED BEST at highlights! He seriously has this good KARMA for mixing color in a way that makes my look super natural! what a surreal! He can give me the color that I've always dreamed of! He listens to me attentively ... He inspires me in different ways... he makes my each visit a pleasure; thus, it is worth it to buy a expensive round-trip ticket just for a color and blowdry done! It is absolutely worth the trip! I walked out feeling rejuvenated and j'adored!
