As I new bride to be, I have been so excited about finding the dress of my dreams. I searched and found a dress that I fell in love with. I called all over the state to find it, and Jacqueline's Bridal is the only place that said they had it. I promptly made an appointment. When I went in to try on the gown, I was greeted by a lady, and I browsed around for a while, without ever getting asked what I was there for. Finally, I told her that I was there to try on a specific gown, which they did not have (they had the other similar dress instead). I picked out that dress and a few others, and they kept pointing me to dresses that were FAR out of my price range, saying that when I put on the dresses I would love them. Then came time to try on the dresses, and they told me to ""let me know when I put it on."" Even at David's Bridal I didn't have to put a monsterous wedding gown on all by myself (and the consultant had 2 brides at one time) ! Jacqueline's had me wearing my street bra also, so my straps were hanging over the edge. After I tried on the dress, she did tie it up, and it was gorgeous (minus my bra straps sticking out). I decided that I didnt want to try on anymore dresses, and told them that I would come back to order, but Im going to order the dress from somewhere else. It was awful. If David's Bridal gives better service that is pretty sad.
