Excellent customer service! 1/29/2016

I had a new furnace put in two years ago by a different company and they didn't put it in right. They would not work on it to make it right, so I got Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning to fix it. They took care of the problem for me and there have been no recurring problems since. They came right out and worked on it for the better part of three days. They arrived on time every morning and got right to work. They were there when they said they would be there. The price was very good and I would highly recommend them. more

I won't use them again. 1/21/2016

At the ballpark I had signed up to win a free heat and air exam from Jackson Heating and AC. I won the exam, and a maintenance technician visited my home to look at my ac and heating unit. He said that there were three large cracks in my heat exchange and that I would have to replace the unit. That upset me because I'm on a fixed income. I spoke to my son about it and he suggested that I get a second opinion. I had two other reputable businesses look at the unit. I even watched as one of the techs took it apart and inspected the system with his flashlight. Both of the servicemen from the two other businesses said that the unit was fine and did not need to be replaced. I told this to Jackson Heating and AC, but they keep sending me bills for a service I didn't know I was going to be charged for. I had liked the service and the company at first, but they have caused me unnecessary distress. I don't want to receive anymore bills or service from them. more

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning have excellent service. Their customer service is excellent and you can get nothing better than them. They are timely, they have excellent service and they check on everything. They bring everything that they need for any repairs and and they are very courteous and respectful. more

Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning put in new AC unit and they had to do quite a bit of work to get it mounted. They were very professional and respectful, they let us know if anything was going wrong and quickly solved any issues. They even called back a few times after the job was done to make sure everything was still alright. They assured me they would come right back if there were issues. They provide very professional work and are very courteous. more

I will keep it really simple. I would recommend Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning 100 percent. They do a fantastic job and they they do as they say they will do. They are the best they can be and would highly recommend them. - Roger L. more

Great work and high prices 12/14/2015

I asked Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning to come over and do some work for me. They replaced a motor in a central unit and did a great job. But they were high. The bill was over $700. While excellent, their prices weren't. The workmanship was second to none, but their prices weren't competitive. more

Very good company with friendly and competent staff. You do have to keep up with your seasonal check-ups as I missed two until I called and asked why they had not scheduled an appointment. more

They were very honest with me about what was needed and saved me a few thousand dollars in the process. I am very grateful for this company and will only sing its praises. more

I have done multiple projects with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. More recently they installed both a heating and ac unit in two of my properties. The first time they did a good job for a fair price, so I had no doubt that they would do an excellent job in my second property. Both times I was very pleased by their product, workmanship, and prices. The service was very timely. Mike and his son are the technicians who did the installations and I really enjoy working with them. They are very thorough and explained the systems/their functionality really well. Jack is also exceptional to talk to. I have a particularly good relationship with the owner. I can call him anytime and I am confident that he will get the job done. Once I had to call him on behalf of one of my residents, and he had someone solve the problem right away. They are very responsive, and a good local business. more
