I have done multiple projects with Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning. More recently they installed both a heating and ac unit in two of my properties. The first time they did a good job for a fair price, so I had no doubt that they would do an excellent job in my second property. Both times I was very pleased by their product, workmanship, and prices. The service was very timely. Mike and his son are the technicians who did the installations and I really enjoy working with them. They are very thorough and explained the systems/their functionality really well. Jack is also exceptional to talk to. I have a particularly good relationship with the owner. I can call him anytime and I am confident that he will get the job done. Once I had to call him on behalf of one of my residents, and he had someone solve the problem right away. They are very responsive, and a good local business.
