At the ballpark I had signed up to win a free heat and air exam from Jackson Heating and AC. I won the exam, and a maintenance technician visited my home to look at my ac and heating unit. He said that there were three large cracks in my heat exchange and that I would have to replace the unit. That upset me because I'm on a fixed income. I spoke to my son about it and he suggested that I get a second opinion. I had two other reputable businesses look at the unit. I even watched as one of the techs took it apart and inspected the system with his flashlight. Both of the servicemen from the two other businesses said that the unit was fine and did not need to be replaced. I told this to Jackson Heating and AC, but they keep sending me bills for a service I didn't know I was going to be charged for. I had liked the service and the company at first, but they have caused me unnecessary distress. I don't want to receive anymore bills or service from them.
